Marketing Account Director - Weybridge (Hybrid) - Permanent - Competitive Salary

ARM are hiring for an Account Director to work with one of their top Marketing Agencies in Weybridge, Surrey.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous Account Management experience within an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, lead, and develop your team.
• Measure team and individual performance against set KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention, along with development of new client relationships.
• Be one of the driving forces behind the company's continued successes.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an Account Manager role, within an agency setting.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Strong commercial experience.
• Portfolio management experience.
• Experience using planning tools. Eg: Asana/Jira/Forecast.
