Facilities Coordinator (Soft Services) in Gravesend, Kent

Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator (soft services) to join their existing team in the Gravesend area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all soft FM services
• Act as main point of contact for all building related issues and liaise with relevant FM member to find resolutions.
• Keep records of maintenance and identify reoccurring issues and propose solutions.
• Raise requisitions and purchase orders on ERP as required for all support services
• To deputise in the absence of Facilities Compliance Manager as and when the need arises.
• Manage and maintain the helpdesk service to log all internal jobs.

Skills/Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Effective interpersonal skills for liaising with management, staff and contractors
• Ability to handle and prioritise a diverse and varied workload.
• Experience of contract management.
• Highly developed administration and organisation skills.

This is a fixed term contract for 15 months.
