Electrician in Poole, Dorset

Our client are currently looking to recruit an Electrician to carry out routine planned preventative maintenance at a static site in the Poole area.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the site holding of electrical critical spares
• Where your skill set allows, proactively contribute to the operational position of a multi-skilled building services technician and assist colleagues within other trade disciplines both technical and fabric.
• Maintain existing electrical installations and install new when required. Complete inspections and certifications where required.
• Proactively log work with the helpdesk, update the helpdesk with work progression and engage with the end user at all times.

Skills/Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in electrical trade. 17th/18th edition wiring regulations.
• Experience working within the commercial building services sector.
• A full driving licence.
• City & Guilds 2391 test & inspection, PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos awareness, Legionella Awareness, experience of building management systems (BMS)
