My client, a large consultancy are looking for a Data Analyst (CMDB) to join their fast paced team for an initial 4 month contract.

The successful candidate will have experience working ideally within an enterprise workplace with a data and analytical background.
This project is part of a larger programme merging two legacy IT infrastructures. There are various service management processes of the IT assets across different regions which has led to a discrepancy across the data sets. Working with the local IT teams across EMEA and the hardware asset management team, an evaluation of the CMDB data needs to be undertaken cross referencing other monitoring tools within the estate. In addition, data validation needs to be applied to existing data to allow it to be queried and reported on easily ensuring the data is consistent across both data repositories.

Technical skills:
* Advanced Excel
* Power BI or equivalent
* ServiceNow Asset Discovery
* SCCM / Endpoint Management knowledge

Personal skills:
* Strong communication skills, highly organised and structure, able to deal with multiple stakeholders, organising workshops, tracking progress and reporting it accurately.
* Experience of working as part of an enterprise sized programme.
* Experience in working in a complex and busy organisation with multiple offices spread. Experience taking the initiative and working proactively to complete tasks and solve problems.
* Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff across the world.
* Fluent English / Spanish would also be beneficial.

Previous experience:
* Working with large datasets
* Working within IT Level 2/3 support
