We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Administrator to join our Design, Development and Engineering centre based in Shalford, Surrey.

You will work as part of the Creative team and report to the Communications - Press & PR Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Creative and Marketing department.
  • Raise, monitor and update purchase requisitions as required, following company procedure and using the internal Industrial & Financial System (IFS).
  • Gather and process departmental credit card expenses and online purchases, whilst documenting all financial expenditures.
  • Oversee and maintain general office administrative duties to keep our workspace organised including the ordering of office stationery and supplies and to offer administrative support to the Creative team including typing, scanning, copying, taking notes, attending meetings and setting up appointments.
  • Participate and support in regular team meetings.
  • Assist the Chief Creative Officer and Head of Marketing to approve contractor timesheets, employee expenses, holiday requests, and to authorise purchase requisitions using IFS.
  • Assist with the ordering process of company team clothing, liaising directly with the supplier, and inspect the quality of items upon delivery.
  • To liaise with HR and issue company clothing to new employees and maintain the master database.
  • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with existing and new suppliers.
  • Undertake archiving activities including press coverage from printed magazines and online articles.
  • Assist with the distribution of company gifts.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Confident, friendly and professional.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
  • Be able to use your own initiative with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, organised and has the ability to deal with a varied workload.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
