As a result, we currently have exciting opportunities for a Project Manager - Exteriors to join the team based in Shalford, Surrey.

Job Overview:

As the Project Manager - Exteriors, you will be a key player in overseeing and coordinating projects related to the exterior design and development of our cutting-edge automotive solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in project management and a passion for delivering world-class exterior designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects related to the exterior design and development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of exterior components into overall vehicle designs.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in exterior design and manufacturing.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant experience
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically in the exterior design and development of automotive or similar complex systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
  • Innovative Thinking: A creative thinker with a passion for achieving excellence in exterior design.
