Cost Manager

COST MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £40,750 - £61,140

ARM are working with a major transport and infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for Cost Managers in the West Midlands area.

About You:
* You will be an experience cost professional (project controls, cost management, estimator, quantity surveyor and even financial professional).
* You will have demonstrable experience of working with accuracy and detail.
* You will have experience of working with stakeholders and relationship building.
* You will also have excellent Excel skills.

Ideally you will have experience of working on major projects such as Crossrail, Heathrow, Water, rail or highways projects. Ideally you will have experience of using cost software such as PRISM or similar.

What you will be doing:
This role will see you working with Project Controls arena and will be working on the client side of things. You will be working with key stakeholders and producing accurate cost analysis and data.

This position will be based in the Birmingham area and working using the hybrid model. Working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home, however more office working can be available should you prefer it that way.

The salary for this position is between £40,750 and £61,140 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is an excellent benefits package.
