Remote/Cardiff - requirement to be in the office once a month
£600 per day (Inside IR35)
3 Month Contract

ARM is actively seeking a Commercial Manager to join our client based in Cardiff on an initial 3 month contract.

The role of the Commercial Manager will be to lead and manage a team across the IT Commercial category.

The successful candidate will need to lead and oversee the full range of commercial activity including managing the category, running competitions, providing expertise and guidance as well as other best practice initiatives.

What we're looking for
* Experience of delivering compliant procurement solutions for IT
* Experienced with the public contracts regulations 2015
* Able to lead or provide guidance on all stages of a procurement process
* An understanding of procurement documentation, processes and e-procurement systems
* Capable of managing contracts of varying complexity inline with the contract management standard
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships as well as communicate and influence stakeholders clearly and effectively.
* Effective line management and able to coach and develop staff in accordance with commercial standards
* Able to work without close supervision with the ability to self-manage workloads including organising and prioritising workloads
* Ability to work at pace in a complex environment and to identify potential issues, solve problems and improve ways of working.
