Reward Analyst in City of London, London

Reward Analyst - Remote - 6 Month Contract - £650 p/d Inside IR35

ARM are looking for a Reward Analyst to join a highly esteemed IT client in London on a contract basis.

The purpose will be to support key reward processes such as salary and bonus review and UK flexible benefits.

Responsibilities:
* Act as an advisor and champion in the coordination and input in compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
* Escalation points in conducting market pricing of new and current positions; review proposals for new or revised positions to determine appropriate pay band assignment.
* Provide data analytical support and financial modelling to internal stakeholders on policies proposals and reward initiatives
* Report writing and data auditing
* Support cyclical pay review and bonus payment processes

Requirements:
* Experience with job evaluation/leveling, pay data, pay progression, market data
* Demonstrable ability to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team
* Ability to spot trends in data and make recommendations
* Ability to combine data from various sources to draw conclusions
* Deep analytical capability
* Experience with data visualisation
* Advanced Excel skills
