CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer in City of London, London

PermanentPRINCIPLE DESIGNER/ CDM ADVISOR - LONDON - PERMANENT - £ 50,000 TO 70,000 PER ANNUM
ARM are currently working with a client who deliver Project Leadership, Cost Certainty, Construction Success and Specialist Consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. They are looking for a Principle Designer/ CDM Advisor who has experience in Railway signalling to join their team based in London on a permanent basis.
About You:
* You will need experience in delivering Principal Design services in compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* You will need experience in a construction related role, eg engineer
* You MUST have design/construction related degree
* Ideally you will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* You will need experience working in a client focused environment
What you will be doing:
You will be leading on projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team. The successful candidate will work on exciting projects in all sectors, ranging from £50k to £500m+.
This role is based in London and is easily commutable via public transport.
This position is paying up to £70,000 per year on a permanent basis and is offering a range of benefits, including: a competitive basic, holiday allowance, a great pension scheme and a flexible benefits scheme where you can tailor your benefits to suit you.
