Caretaker in Brentwood, Essex

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Caretaker to join their team in the Brentwood area.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal areas.
• Performing inspections of housing estates.
• Undertaking cleaning tasks within the communal areas and grounds.
• Carry out small maintenance repairs and escalate any potential health and safety issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all our housing estates are in a safe and clean environment

Skills/Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Previous experience in a caretaker or mobile cleaner role.
