Assistant Facilities Manager in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA's & KPI's are achieved.
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager in ensuring the site always remains compliant with current Health and safety legislation and report any hazards.
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager in organising reactive and fabric maintenance in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Updating and maintaining building records of staff locations and ensuring all support staff are aware of any changes

Skills/Qualifications

• IWFM or BIFM qualified (desirable)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across management levels.
• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
• Innovative and able to identify FM and wider business opportunities.
• Confident and assertive
