The role…
Identifying suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, whilst servicing and maintaining the relationships with candidates/contractors/client contacts, where applicable, across relevant business units of your division. You'll need to take a flexible approach to meet the demands of Advanced Resource Manager's clients and SLA's.
Your duties…
You'll take responsibility day-to-day to identify suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies and advertise vacancies with a suitable source that will generate CV's and candidates. You'll actively generate leads, for the team and cross functionally, whilst arranging interviews by effectively liaising with the client, candidates and internal ARM teams.
In addition to this, you'll forward the appropriate administration to support each applicants CV, adhering to legal business terms at all times, progress reference checks and meet and exceed KPI targets and financial revenue, and most importantly lead generation. To be successful you'll…
- Educated to GCSE level
- Experience in a call centre/sales/account management environment
- Experience in working to deadlines
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Tenacious
- Confident and persuasive communicator, both in writing and verbally
- Delivery driven and passionate about results
- Professionally presented and punctual
- Willingness to do "what it takes" to exceed client and customer expectations
- Self motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Resilient, with a good sense of humour
You're a shoe in if you have these skills (but don't worry if you don't!):
- Experience of a similar role
- Educated to graduate level
