Environmental Health Officer in Brighton, East Sussex

Our client are currently looking to recruit a Environmental Health Officer to undertake environmental health duties in the private housing sector, throughout the Brighton and Hove area.

The Requirements

• Undertake investigations, inspections, monitoring and appraisals of premises.
• Carry out inspections of HMOs
• Draft and serve statutory notices as necessary

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in serving financial penalties
• Knowledge of current Housing Act and related legislation
• Knowledge of the inspection of all types of accommodation
• BSC Degree or current equivalent
• Full driving licence

This will be working 3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected company.
