Commercial Support Administrator in Petersfield, Hampshire

PermanentOur client are looking to recruit for a Commercial Support Administrator in the Petersfield area.
Responsibilities
- Helping with order acknowledgements and review of contract documents so that they get a better review once the order comes in.
- Setting up handovers for us and sitting in them to help with forms and actions required etc
- Helping chase overdue certs
- Helping with sending supply only invoices once works are complete.
- Helping with projects in warranty.
- Help with commercial approvals
- Help with getting warranties signed (electronically) and back to clients
- Issue of insurances to clients
- Helping with NDA (electronically)
- Major debtor comments
- Setting up projects on baan so that all info is correct including client details
- Returning signed documents.
- Assisting with meeting minutes
