Design Manager in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

ContractOur client is currently looking to recruit a Design Manager to operate out of their Bromsgrove office, working on construction refurbishment and M&E work.
Duties:
- Ensuring that projects provide well-engineered, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for the client.
- Managing the contract specifications, drawings, and related documents.
- Manage the submission and timely approval of all reviewable design data.
- Work with sales on providing quotes on new leads.
- Visit clients or attend sites, as necessary, to expedite projects and maintain key relationships.
- Assist in the commercial and technical review of specialist subcontract tender returns, establish interfaces, and review alternative designs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A degree or HNC/HND in a relevant construction or design field would be beneficial.
- Experience with MOD/ MOJ contracts.
- Full UK driver's license.
