Transformation and Improvement Lead

We are looking for a Transformation and Improvement Lead to join the Customer Support and Service Solution business as part of the Capability team. Responsible for identifying and agreeing the Transformation and Improvement activities across the line of business, driving a high standard of documentation, process efficiency and customer outcome improvements. A strong risk and control focus is required to ensure that an appropriate control framework is identified and implemented during any improvement or transformation journey.

The Transformation and Improvement Lead is responsible for planning activities, coaching participants and providing communication to stakeholders and effected parties to ensure benefits are realised. A strong track record demonstrating project management skills and continuous improvement methodologies is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities -
To agree scope and manage transformation and improvement activities.
The delivery of successful outcomes for transformation activities, reporting progress to transformation owners and escalation of issues when they occur.
Develop the business case and monitor results to ensure goals are achieved.
Lead and coach others to develop skills across the team, emphasizing strong collaboration and relationship management.
Plan and engage with Stakeholders across all levels of the business, providing clarity on goals and a call to action for others.
Highlight areas of waste and failure demand and lead improvement activity.
Ensure process improvement maintains a focus on great customer outcomes and improving the overall customer journey.
Lead business thinking in process optimisation and apply industry best practice as relevant.

We are looking for the following skills -
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Knowledge of Business processes and systems
Excellent active listening skills and high attention to detail.
A passion for leading and developing others.
An unquenchable thirst to improve standards, processes and a passion for driving these to realisation.
Ability to work independently using your initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisation skills and capacity to multi- task with an ability to prioritise conflicting priorities.
A track record of implementing sensible, usable, and effective business and customer journey improvements.
Structured Project Management Skills and/or Business Process Improvement Methodology & Problem Solving

Ideally, you will have -
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
A positive and proactive mindset with tenacity to overcome obstacles.
Innate problem solving capabilities.
Be able to make justifiable decisions.
Be able to operate with limited information.
Comfortable working towards rapid deadlines.
