Transformation Analyst in Worthing, West Sussex

TRANSFORMATION ANALYST - WEST SUSSEX - PERMANENT - £35,000 - £40,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for a Transformation Analyst based in West Sussex.

About You:
* You will be a project professional looking to grow into a career path.
* You will have experience working with WAVE, Clarity, Clarizen, Mckinsey or any other PPM tool.
* You will have excellent communication skills and be confident to present to stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
You will be building analytical insights, enabling key stakeholders to self-serve, whilst working with stakeholders and outcome owners to use data and analytical methods to identify trends and opportunities.

The role is based in West Sussex, it is a hybrid position working Monday - Wednesday in office and Thursday and Friday from home.

The rate of pay for this role is £35,000 to £40,000, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this the company are offering a benefit package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible working, company pension scheme, life assurance, + more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
