We are seeking a dedicated Training Facilitator to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality training on the Joint Fires Synthetic Trainer (JFST) and the Interim Combined Arms Virtual Simulation (Deployable) Team, ICAVS(D). You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of military training, where your expertise will help enhance the capabilities of the UK land forces.
Day to Day you will be involved with -
Global Training Delivery - Travel to customer locations worldwide, serving as the primary point of contact for UK land forces personnel during training.
Strategic Communication - Engage with participants to guide them through training exercises, including scenario development, terrain and entity selection, and preparation of supporting materials.
Site Reconnaissance - Perform site visits to determine optimal training locations and advise on necessary resources for successful training execution.
Reporting - Generate detailed reconnaissance reports to aid the Training Delivery Manager in planning events that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Equipment Maintenance - Oversee routine care and upkeep of equipment under the direction of the Technical Lead, ensuring readiness for use.
Technical Support - Assist with equipment updates and software refreshes as part of a regular maintenance schedule to maintain high standards.
Mentorship - Contribute to the induction and mentoring of new Training Facilitators, ensuring they are well-prepared to conduct training events effectively.
Key Experience needed for the role -
Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably in a military or simulated environment.
Excellent communication and liaison skills.
Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly.
Technical aptitude and experience with maintenance routines.
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.
