Test Engineer in Malvern, Worcestershire

ARMs client is hiring for a test engineer. Design and manufacture test products & systems for propulsion, power train, vehicle, and component test systems at their facility in Malvern. The company was founded in 1983 and is undergoing a period of growth and change.

The company supplies systems ranging from a new control and data logging system for an existing test cell through to a new turn-key test cell complete with a dynamometer, cooling systems, measurement equipment including integrated cell support infrastructure, and independent safety protection solutions.

About you...

Practical experience in Analog and Digital Electronics
Practical experience with Analog and digital sensors and interfacing techniques
Able to read electrical schematic drawings
PC literate with Microsoft Office applications
Able to work on own initiative
Knowledge of QA reporting procedures and ability to use and maintain test records.
Good technical communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in functional testing of electromechanical control systems
Experience in testing and fault finding on inverter drive systems
Experience in working knowledge of fluid and pneumatic systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
