Technical Manager - Vehicle Verification & Validation

OUTSIDE IR35 CONTRACT - 6 Months Initially

Pay: £37.88 per hour

Location: Nantwich Office - Hybrid 3x days per week

Your Role:

• Develop comprehensive Verification & Validation Plans (VVP) for new projects, using systems engineering processes.
• Take charge of the VVP lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and strategic objectives.
• Lead project deliverables, manage vehicle preparation, and spearhead concern resolution to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
• Work cross-functionally aligning VVP with; Platform, R&D & Quality teams
• Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance, fostering process improvements and setting technical direction within the organisation.

Your Experience:

• Experienced leading Systems Engineering validation plans
• Extensive knowledge of whole vehicle deliverables, test and measurement requirements, and concern management systems.
• Understanding of systems engineering and a track record of leading validation plans.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to navigate cross-functional landscapes to achieve project milestones.
• Degree qualified and Chartered Engineer or desire to achieve/currently working towards Chartered status preferable
• German language would be an advantage.
