We are looking for graduates to 2 years of experience who possess degrees involving
Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
considering embarking on an exciting consultancy career. We are also looking for individuals who
have a passion for technology, ambition, and drive! We need people with plans and ideas who can
take the initiative to continually improve the business. Everyone is encouraged to speak up and
you will always be listened to.
Whatever your degree, you must have an appreciation of how technology is changing, and its
power to revolutionise the way organizations work and behave. Curious, eager to try new things,
and ready to challenge and be challenged, you will also have a flair for building rapport and solving
problems.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather requirements, design, build, and implement custom business solutions for companies of all
sizes. This involves client meetings, design workshops, and user training on the completed
solution. You will work closely with clients and consultants to deliver a bespoke solution
that matches the client's specific requirements and resource & time constraints.
Work as a team to analyse the unique business challenges, commercial needs and functional
requirements such as budgeting planning forecasting, financial consolidation, dashboards,
modelling, client processes and work closely with internal resources by combining our expert
consultancy knowledge, accounting, and technical skills to guarantee effective skills transfer and
business solutions. Build strong, long-term business partnerships.
About You
Along with a degree or above in any Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics related subjects, you must have the following skills set:
* Strong numerical, analytical & problem-solving skills
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
* Experience in any coding language would be appreciated
* An appreciation of end-to-end financial business processes
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Confident, competent and able to communicate at all levels
* Work to targets and deadlines, with excellent organizational skills
* Work well under pressure
* Lead and motivate others
* Willingness to travel (the UK and international), as a role is a very much project based
* The ability to speak a foreign language would be a bonus
* Preferably London based (UK accepted)
