Systems & Platform Engineer
Multiple Locations - Cumbria, Dorset, Somerset & Scotland & offering Hybrid working
£54,793 - £60,326 depending on skills and experience

*** Due to the nature of the role & the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve UK SC Clearance ***

We are looking for a Systems & Platform Engineer who is looking to develop their career further, or who would like to be involved with complex engineering projects. The Engineering Integration team, participate in design activity on complex engineering projects through all stages in their lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

What you will be doing:
* Planning work using agile process
* Defining system requirements
* Developing systems architectures, capabilities, and concept options
* Ensuring models and architectural artefacts are configured
* Guiding and influencing a diverse and highly skilled community of specialist engineers and team leaders
* As a Senior C2I Engineer you will be able to lead a team of experienced engineers
* Leading delivery of command & control and information across the enterprise

Your skills and experiences:
* Degree educated in a STEM discipline or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience
* Experience of aircraft systems
* Experience in use of one or more of the following frameworks: NAF, MODAF, TOGAF, ArchiMate and SysML
* Experience with standard architectural modelling tools e.g., Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Sparx EA, MooD, CAMEO, Capella, Teamcenter
* Understanding of Requirements process and associated tools, e.g., DOORS, Teamcenter, ArchiMate, TOGAF, Certification
