My Client are actively looking for a software Team leader to join them on a permanent basis. You will work with a team who are going to support the Submarine Command System Manager, you will work as a team to enable achievement of delivery of several projects within the Submarine Command System Programme.
You will also be responsible in aiding the career development of your team members including bi-annual performance reviews, defining team development, training and ensuring your team members are fulfilling their potential.

You will also be responsible for -
The Monthly spend, you will track & report the progress to stakeholders
The Software development lifecycle for each piece of work - including requirements definition & software design, through to implementation, integration, testing and acceptance

Skills my client are looking for -
Software Design (Waterfall and/or AGILE)
Experience of leading a software team in a complex real time environment
Programming: e.g: ADA, C++, C#
Scripting e.g. VB Script, PowerShell
Software Integration & Testing
Change Control and Configuration Management
Windows Operating System and Networking knowledge
Exposure to COTS Technologies e.g. VMWare
