Service Desk Analyst in West Midlands

Service Desk Analyst - West Midlands - 6 Month Contract £300 Per Day Umbrella Rate

ARM is working for a Policing Organisation who are currently recruiting for a
Service Desk Analyst in the West Midlands on an initial 6-month contract.

About You:
You MUST have either Security or DV Clearance.
You will have experience in Customer Service.
You will have good knowledge of IT Software, Hardware and Terminology.
You will hold a UK Driver's License
You will be flexible with Shift patterns.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be the first point of contact on a variety of IT-related for customers and staff, discussing with them over email, phone, and video conferences, You will ensure their problems are logged and tracked until completion.

This position is based in the West Midlands and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car.

The rate of pay for this position is £300 per day Umbrella rate over an initial 6-month contractual period.
