Senior Test Solutions Engineer

£55ph Outside IR35

*** Due to the nature of the role & the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve UK SC Clearance ***

We are looking for a Test Solutions Requirements Contract Engineer to take on the definition and implementation of both in-house and subcontracted test solutions.

You will also be responsible for the following tasks -

• Definition of Test Equipment Requirements
• Definition of Product Test Requirements
• Definition of Subcontract Statement of Works
• Overview of Test Solution Subcontract
• Support to Test Solution subcontractor
• Be the representative at supplier engineering design reviews
• Supplier document reviews
• Acceptance of subcontracted Test Solutions
• Cost and program reporting
• Overview of in-house test development activities
• In-house test solution software & hardware upgrades
• In-house test solution documentation
• In-house document review & issuing
• In-house software review
• In-house software release
• Preparation of in-house test solution certification material
• In-house Production support

We are looking for a candidate with the following skillset -

• Experience in test solution requirements capture/writing
• Outsourcing of test solutions and supplier management
• Microwave, digital, and analogue test requirements capture experience
• Microwave, digital, and analogue test development experience
• NI LabVIEW/Teststand application knowledge
• Windows/Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Project
• Configuration management tool - Teamcenter Unified
• Security Cleared to Secret for BC55T Test Solution tasks
