Senior Supervisor Military Airworthiness Reviewer (MAR)

Overview:
Join my Clients team as a Senior Supervisor Military Airworthiness Reviewer (MAR). You will be responsible for conducting Military Airworthiness Reviews for aircraft under the site Delivery Duty Holder, as directed by the Mil AR Team Leader. This role is part of the Commando Helicopter Force and may require support at other military establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead independent Airworthiness Reviews (ARs) and compile findings.
* Consult with the MAR Team Leader, raise Defence Aviation Safety Occurrence Reports (DASORs), and review AR processes.
* Mentor less-experienced AR staff and new joiners.
* Support Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) and Technical Data Exploration (TDE).
* Prepare AR trends and reports for various airworthiness meetings.
* Ensure compliance with Customer Policy, Regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in military/industry airworthiness environment equivalent to holding the rate of Senior Supervisor or above.
* Qualified to hold authorised Level E in accordance with Brd767, NAO Series 4000.
* Service Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Aircraft Engineering, Servicing, and Support Equipment.
* Completed Maintenance Human Factors Course and GoldEsp certification.
* Understanding of rotary/fixed-wing military procedures and airworthiness compliance.
