Senior Sales Administrator

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Administrator in the Worthing area. A person who will closely work with new or existing clients with proven track record in sales customer support, strong leadership and teamwork, planning and organising skills, attention to detail, customer engagement and communication skills, proven ability to manage sales and orders, computer literate, knowledge of a CNC machining environment would be advantageous.

What you will do:
Manage the company sales and orders.
Support and help to drive the NPI process ensuring new customer requirements are processed effectively and in a timely manner.
Ensure that all customer data and documentation is managed and entered accurately and promptly.
Keep customers informed about the status of their orders by maintaining clear and frequent communication.
Ensuring that current and future sales opportunities are maximised.
Manage customer complaints while ensuring customers are kept informed of progress with corrective actions.
Work closely with other internal resources to provide support as necessary.
Provide strong leadership and direction ensuring team members are trained and motivated, while making sure that resources are deployed effectively to meet the business needs.

Working hours are 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 08:00 - 14:00 Friday.
Salary range is £24.000 to £34.000 depending on experience.
