Advanced Resource Managers are hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner to join one of their delivery clients on permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to create sustainable value through People Plans focused on transformational and cultural change.
Responsibilities:
* Give regional operations directors expert advice and guidance, utilising robust management information and high-quality reporting and planning to inform decision making and action.
* Provide informed HR consulting to stakeholders to ensure that business and people plan an priorities are aligned
* Provide insight solutions and challenge to operations on functional issues to stimulate behaviour change and prioritisation of issues and opportunities
* Build capability relevant to their functional area within the region
* Work with the regional operations director to promote a culture that delivers on promises and through this supports a more trusting workplace with improved relationships at all levels.
* Proactively engaging with trade unions
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the appropriate governance and deployment of cyclical people processes
* Advocate and sponsor the use of the full suite of HR service offerings
Requirements:
* Proven relevant experience within the functional area - with relevant professional qualifications and experience in the practice.
* Ability to work effectively across highly complex organisation structures and frameworks and to provide realistic solutions
* Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills gained in a senior management capacity
* Experience of operating and delivering change in a highly unionised environment
* Excellent influencing interpersonal and presentation skills
* Ability to create effective cross functional relationships
* Able to cope with ambiguity and champion change
