Senior Commercial Officer in Portsmouth, Hampshire

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to Join this vibrant and highly capable Commercial team within our P&TS-Radar sector, providing Commercial support to key campaigns, contracts, and projects in a faced paced commercial environment. With a diverse portfolio of products and service offerings.

You can be based in either Hampshire, Isle of White, or Essex

What you'll be doing:
·Supporting the Radar Commercial team on a wide range of projects, programmes and campaigns
·Active participation in Bid Teams to prepare Bid and Contract materials
·Reviewing/obtaining authorisation to agree contract terms/conditions
·Contributing to development of business, proposal-contract models
·Supporting/leading negotiation of proposals
·Collaborating with Supply Chain team to ensure fluidity of contractual obligations
·Establishing excellent working relationships with both internal/external customers and stakeholders
·Working within DOA using established procedures/frameworks

Your skills and experiences:
·Suitable related experience working within a highly collaborative team
·High degree of customer focus and a commitment to meet deadlines and targets
·Broad professional knowledge of Commercial principles, techniques and practices and application and understanding of the Commercial role in organisations
·Good understanding of contract terms, contractual and legal frameworks with the ability to identify key contractual risks
