Senior Capability Development Engineer (Aerospace and Defence)
Location: Lancashire or Yorkshire

The Systems Integration Team is seeking Capability Development Engineers to play a pivotal role in the Aerospace and Defence sector. These engineers can work across multiple sites in the UK, contributing to cutting-edge defence projects.

1. Role Overview:
o As a Capability Development Engineer, you'll focus on enhancing engineering capability.
o Evaluate and implement new tools and processes to shape the future of engineering.
o Embrace innovative solutions and stay ahead of competitors.

2. Qualifications and Experience:
o Degree in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with solid Engineering Lifecycle experience.
o Relevant experience in engineering integration (from Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, or Nuclear Industries).
o Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering approaches and tools (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS).
o Evidence of managing teams and senior stakeholders.
o Accreditation from the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or equivalent body/Institute is desirable but not essential,
