We are looking for an IT HR Functional Analyst with experience in all HR Business Processes, to join our IT team on a 6-month contract basis. The role will involve supporting the HR team with Workday developments and integrations, so experience with Workday, Workday HCM, Workday integration, and Workday reporting is an absolute must-have requirement.

Day to Day you will be involved with the following -
You'll have the opportunity to deliver projects from design to completion to achieve the required business outputs
Will take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within your HR specialty
Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions
Work on migration projects
Understand the business requirements and be able to translate it into solution framework/architecture
Work with business experts and technical resources
Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders
Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business
Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions

Experience Required -
Minimum of 5 years experience working as an IT HR Functional Analyst
In-depth understanding of HR Business Processes and ability to analyse new requirements
Expert knowledge of Workday and Integrations with other systems
Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders to review change requirements, seen as the IT HR Subject Matter Expert
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Experience with SAP HR configuration & customizing, including but not limited to Time Management, CATS, ESS/MSS, Work Schedules, and Organisation management
Experience of SAP Fiori Applications in the HR space in version 2021 S4 HANA and above
