Overview:
A strategic leadership role driving commercial growth, client engagement, and brand positioning for a leading shipyard services provider in the Middle East. Reporting to the Chief Commercial & Business Development Officer, this role is responsible for executing business development plans, enhancing market visibility, and leading key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives, including client engagement, market research, and opportunity conversion

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and commercial growth

Manage external partnerships, agents, and international representation at key industry events

Oversee market analysis, competitor tracking, and the preparation of client proposals and marketing reports

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize sales performance
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Corporate Communications

Proven background in commercial development within the maritime or industrial sector

Strong leadership in marketing strategy, client development, and cross-functional collaboration
-
Experience in managing international client portfolios, market analysis, and media relations
