Reward Analyst in London

Rewards Analyst - Remote with occasional travel to London - 12 Month FTC - £50,000 - £55,000

ARM are looking for a Rewards Specialist/Analyst to join one of their top UK-based IT clients on a 12 month, fixed-term basis. This is a remote position, with occasional travel to London when required.

Within this role, you will be collaborating with the Rewards team to support key processes (salary, bonus reviews, additional UK benefits), and will be tasked with analysing and benchmarking market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive annual cross functional projects across their entire lifecycle
• Be a key point of contact regarding all coordination and input in compensation surveys
• Collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position
• Develop and modify structures as needed
• Conduct market pricing of new and current positions, as well as review proposals for new and revised positions to determine appropriate pay band assignment.
• Provide data analytical support and financial modelling to key stakeholders on policy proposal and reward initiatives
• Data auditing and report writing
• Support cyclical pay reviews and bonus payment processes

Requirements

• Ability to dive deep into data and draw conclusions, as well as condense this into digestible reports for stakeholders
• Ability to spot trends in the data, and make recommendations accordingly
• Combine data from different sources and draw conclusions
• Previous experience with data visualisation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
