Replacement Parts Co-ordinator in Vale of Glamorgan

Are you an experienced Replacement Parts Co-ordinator seeking a new contract role? We are supporting a contract position that is based in St.Athan, South Wales. You will liaise between production line/ offtrack areas and the relevant Material Planner / DHL to ensure any parts reported as missing at point of fit have a replacement part ordered and an estimated delivery time into site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to shortages reported by Production
• Identify replacement route
• Update shortage board with ETA's
• Track delivery of replacements and ensure delivery to correct area

Requirements

• Working in a fast paced
• Problem resolution
• Ability to take task through to conclusion
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
