Prototype Planning Engineer in Crewe, Cheshire

• Responsible for the delivery and planning of key vehicle build projects.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and securing necessary resources.
• Monitor project progress, solve any issues, and maintain control over budgets.
• Maintain communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to 'Workshop Demand' and 'Strategic Portfolio Management' reviews - agreeing and proposing delivery models.

The candidate:

• A degree in Automotive Engineering Project Management or any other related field.
• Must have a good working knowledge of project management principles
• Experience supporting a variety of build projects.
• Understanding of key manufacturing techniques.
• An excellent communicator.
• A background in automotive, defence or similar transport industry.

This role will join an established team to ensure the best quality standards in prototype build.
