Project Manager

This is a permanent role, and due to the nature of the projects all candidates must either hold valid SC clearance or be able to obtain in (Hold a a British Passport, and British residency for the last 5 years.)

Responsibilities

• Leading a number of project teams within a larger project.
• Experience creating and managing monthly budgeting/forecasting for the wider project.
• Monitor project performance using KPI's, forecast any delays in project deadlines and find solutions to mitigate these.
• Risk management, using a standard Risk Management Matrix
• Managing Subcontracts and Subject Matter Experts.
• Managing resources, both internal and external alongside a wider programmes team.
• Build and create good working relationships both internally and externally.

Key Experience

• Previous experience in a similar project management and/or programme management role.
• Proven experience in meeting demanding deadlines
• Experience of managing contractors and consultants on a large scale project.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Recognised project management qualification or certification (PRINCE2, APM, etc)
• Familiarity of working in an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 environment

Some travel may be required within the UK and mainland Europe to visit key stakeholders.
