Power-train High Voltage Systems Engineer (Permanent) - Competitive Salary, West Midlands

Prestigious opportunity at one of the world's leading automotive manufacturing organisations - looking for an experienced automotive engineer with a strong desire to be a part of a pre-established, inclusive organisation.

About you:

* Experience within the automotive industry and consultancy within vehicle manufacturing - preferably with experience with high voltage, power train and hybrid electric vehicle experience.
* Educated to a degree level (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) is advantageous.
* Member of recognised international engineering institution is advantageous.
* Experience working across multiple disciplines and strong interpersonal skills
* Preference and experience working within a face-paced work environment.
* Have a high attention for detail - coinciding with the organisation ambition for quality.

The role:

* This position will see you lead and manage activity within the hybrid concept - enabling the production of in house and out sourced power-train software.
* This position is based in the West Midlands and will require the successful candidate to work on-site 5-days a week
* The competitive salary is market leading within the industry (dependent on experience).
What you Can expect in return:

* Bonus- Annual target bonus will be £1,250, with the opportunity to earn up to a maximum bonus of £2,500
* Pension- The Company will contribute 3% for your first two years of employment, 5% for employee, after which they will double match the employee contribution up to a maximum Company contribution of 12%.

* Medical cover & health care cash plan- private medical cover and Health cash plan, partner and qualifying dependant's to be included on the scheme on favourable terms, at your own expense
* Car Policy- Employee Loan Car Scheme, no deposit, 12 months lease, 12,000 miles
