Previous experience of working as a Programme Director on a customer journey programme
Previous experience of producing business cases , securing funds and works with the Programme's Leadership Team to secure key resources for programmes
Responsible for delivery of the programme, including prioritisation of resourcing.
Excellent Issue & Risk Management at a Strategic Level
Responsible for the initiative's governance arrangements; experience of dealing with Execs and Sponsors at Board Level
Ability to operate strategically, owns the business 'roadmap' and prioritisation of deliverables in achieving initiative's outcomes
Manages the interface with senior stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed
Provides direction and leadership throughout the initiative's lifecycle
Responsible for the budget and resources, as delegated by the Sponsor
Owns the communications message
Responsible for benefits definition and realisation to the desired outcome
Reviews and assures processes and information in advance of gateway.
Works with Senior Users / Implementation Managers to ensure consistency in rollout approach
