Based in Romsey

Offering circa £500 day rate Inside IR35

Do you have experience with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP?

As the Production Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!

You will be involved in:

• Plan the workload, materials, and tooling for all build demands.
• Raise external requirements to build on subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaise with Operations Delivery to ensure Production Plans are understood and communicated
• Liaise with Supply Chain to ensure materials plans are in place
• Interpret the recommended MRP requirements and review order recommendations, prior to order placement
• To work closely with Operations Delivery, Support and Project Management teams to provide regular project updates, stock and order information, along with opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure system compliance with relevant change notices and current build status.

Your skillset may include:

• Experienced with MRP tools (SAP, IFS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques
• Experience managing small/medium manufacturing shop floor teams
