Job Title: Operations Manager (SubSea)

Location: France

My leading subsea services client is seeking an Operations Manager in France with expertise in vessel management for offshore, subsea, or ROV operations. This role involves optimising fleet operations for efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage vessel operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
3. Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
4. Oversee vessel maintenance and repairs.
5. Analyse data to improve operational performance.
6. Provide leadership and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in vessel management within the offshore industry.
3. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in English (French is an advantage).
