We are looking for an Offer Manager to join the Offers Team within the Commercial Department. The Offers team is responsible for developing and producing commercial and military offers for helicopter sales, retrofit, helicopter training and major campaigns. We work closely with Sales, Design Office, and Production as well as with external suppliers and customers. The Role covers a large spectrum of customers and requests, ranging from one-off simple retrofit activities right through to complex bespoke Aircraft(s) and multi-million fleet programmes/tenders.

Main responsibilities
To lead and manage internal preparation process for tenders/offers, including all functions where necessary
To analyse Customers' requirement (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and prepare the necessary synthesis with the support of the appropriate functions
To support Helicopters and Retrofit Sales with technical and industrial inputs
To create robust Business Cases which are accurate, detailed and secure internal validation
Preparation of detailed and high quality offer documentation
Be accountable for the consistency, competitiveness and integrity of the final offer
Lead the participation and adherence to the internal Offer Process Quality Gate process
Be accountable for the achievement of the defined business objectives
Lead the offer reviews meetings with the Executive Management Team
Support Bid Team meetings to help define strategy, solution definition and creation of tender documentation.
Collaborate with Design Development and Industrial teams on technical specification and offer creation.
Attend meetings with customer, when requested by the Sales Manager and subsequently produce any amendments to the proposal.
Contribute to the database of all customer proposals, progress, and sales.
Contribute to the detailed knowledge of the company's capabilities and the markets in which we operate.
Contribute to the product policy definition within the frame of Product catalogue definition
Lead 3D rendering generation to support technical description
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrative commercial and technical awareness
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable
Broad understanding of the global aviation industry or other technically focused industry
Previous experience of design and/or bid management in the aviation industry or a technically focused industry
Relevant experience in a similar role
Familiar with 3D software (Catia Composer, Blender, Catia)
Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor's or Master's degree-level in Engineering, Business or Science subject (or equivalent), or technical aviation experience
Excellent MS Office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite (GSheet, GDocs,...)
