My client are looking for a Network Infrastructure Architect with Experience of working on large scale Business Change and IT enabled Transformation Programmes. You will ideally have experience in National/International Network Deployments. Proven experience of managing Teams of engineers and experience in Stakeholders interaction/meetings at all levels will e beneficial.
Experience of Large Scale Network Infrastructure Designs and Installations including:
- Network Deployments concepts and best practice
- IP Schemas
- Routing - Static, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VRF
- Switching - Vlans, Link Aggregation, Multicast
- Security - Next Gen Firewalls, IPS, TACACS, RSA and Checkpoint
- Servers, storage and various vendor networking equipment
- Cryptography Hardware and Material and a clear understanding of the requirements of its Handling, Installation and Maintenance
- Data Centre Deployments - including a clear understanding of Power and Cooling requirements and concepts
- Structured Cabling - Cat5-7 Cabling, SMF/MMF, MTP/MTO, Secure installation concepts an practices
Experience in Site Surveying, Installation, Migration and Decommissioning:
Conduct comprehensive surveys and audits for new and existing sites
- Building Plans
- Room Proposals
- Equipment Rooms
- Datacentres, Network Equipment Rooms Audits new or existing
- ICT Desktop rollouts or MAC's
- Infrastructure Auditing
- WAN and LAN Networking
- Voice and Video Systems
- CCTV and Security Systems
- TMS/GPS Systems
- Video Wall Solutions
- Roof Surveys
Produce HLD & LLD Survey/Design Documentation:
- Cad Drawings and Network Infrastructure Scope of Works
- IP Schemas & Network diagrams
- As fitted Documentation
Experience of Large Scale Network Designs and Installations including
- HLD & LLD Design Documentation
- CUCM and TMS
- CCTV, Access Control and Security Systems
- Video Wall Systems
Experience of large scale Installation, Migration & Decommissioning
- Datacentres and Remote Sites
- Servers and SAN Equipment
- Network LAN and WAN Equipment
- Structured Cabling systems
- Production of Rollout plans
