NEC4 Project Manager - Reading - 10-month Contract
Umbrella £650 Per Day

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a public organisation who work on environmental construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team

About You:
You will have experience delivering infrastructure projects in the public sector. Any work in the environmental area, for example, coastal erosion and flood risk will be an advantage.
You will have experience of the 5-case business model.
You must have experience of using NEC4 contracts.
Your will be able to start with minimal supervision and have excellent communications skills allowing you to build internal and external stakeholder relationships.

What you will be doing:
You will be managing infrastructure projects for the public organisation to allow them to meet their environmental targets for flood risk.
Manage and encourage health and safety at work and work with the organisations procedures and guidelines
Monitor and report on progress of the project schedule and expenditure, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities.

This role is based in Reading , hybrid working is available for this role you will be expected to be in the office 3 times a week at the beginning of the project reducing to 1 day per week.

The salary for this contract is £650 per day via Umbrella it is currently a 10month contract with possible extension.

For this position you must be eligible to work in the UK, BPSS clearance will be required.
