Medical Communication Specialist – 12 Month Contract in Singapore

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Communication Specialist in Singapore on behalf of a key client of ours, an award-winning Clinical Research Organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is dedicated to improving patient outcomes globally.

What will you do?

• You will provide medical and technical information and high-quality customer service to internal and external client contacts
• You will ensure all client interactions are accurately documented and process administrative responsibilities as needed
• You will identify and record adverse events and product complaints

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a health care or pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities involving counselling or providing medical information or a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Fluent Mandarin
