Medical Communication Specialist – 12 Month Contract in Singapore

ContractWe are currently recruiting for a Medical Communication Specialist in Singapore on behalf of a key client of ours, an award-winning Clinical Research Organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is dedicated to improving patient outcomes globally.
What will you do?
- You will provide medical and technical information and high-quality customer service to internal and external client contacts
- You will ensure all client interactions are accurately documented and process administrative responsibilities as needed
- You will identify and record adverse events and product complaints
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a health care or pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities involving counselling or providing medical information or a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Fluent Mandarin
