Our client is an award winning, global Clinical Research Organisation who pride themselves on their innovation and operational excellence. They are looking to welcome a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Netherlands.

What you will do:

  • Carry out and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practices, FDA guidelines and local regulations.
  • Perform site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate data to pass international quality assurance audits.
  • Develop and manage collaborative relationships with investigational sites and client company personnel

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in health care or life science related field or equivalent certification
  • Proven independent clinical monitoring skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology
  • A strong customer focus
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA guidelines
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent Dutch language

Employment Type:

  • Permanent
  • 0.7 to 1 FTE available
  • Home based with travel to conduct monitoring visits
