We are looking for a Resourcer to join our Marine team (in our brand new offices!) based just outside of Port Solent. (No previous experience of the Marine industry needed, we can train you on all you need to know).

About the role:

Your expert team will support you in developing a deep understanding of your specific chosen sector, as well as getting to grips with the entire recruitment process from sourcing and engaging candidates right through to guiding them through their interviews.

Within your role, you will be required to

• Source CVs
• Write and distribute job advertisements
• Build your own social media network
• Coordinate calls/interviews
• Assist in CV/cover note writing
• Keep databases/candidate records updated

We will provide you with bespoke, on-the-job training with our in-house learning and development team, as well as introducing you to programmes you may or may not already be familiar with, including job board postings, LinkedIn, and Teams. There is ample opportunity for professional growth-we'll support you through it all! About you:

• At least one year of experience in a sales/retail context
• Motivated and willing to learn/grow
• Strong Problem-Solving skills
• Verbal and written communication skills- you'll be making a lot of phone calls!
• Looking to take control of your own career
