Compliance Administrator Duties:
To obtain and maintain relevant compliance information and documentation as per client requirements and current legislation.
This role requires you to understand and implement compliance processes and communicate and enforce them for internal in a timely and professional manner.
We provide full training for this position.
Other responsibilities include:
You'll be processing contract requests in a timely manner and in accordance with the appropriate best practice and compliance protocols;
You will be monitoring, chasing, checking and processing compliance and contractual documentation;
Authorising placements for payment and invoicing as well as amending and updating placement information as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment, meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience of working in a role with demanding clients
- Previous administration experience
- Understanding of recruitment Industry and legislation/regulations is beneficial but not essential.
