About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global LNG shipping company for a Marine Operations Superintendent to join their shore-based team in Qatar. This is a key role overseeing the operational performance, safety, and compliance of a modern LNG fleet.

You'll work closely with both onboard and shore-based teams to ensure world-class operational standards, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight and support to LNG vessels.

• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company standards.

• Liaise between ship and shore on voyage planning and port operations.

• Conduct data analysis, inspections, and audits to enhance performance.

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Promote safety and continuous development among shipboard teams.

Requirements:

• Master Mariner (unlimited) CoC.

• At least 2 years of shore-based LNG vessel management experience.

• Extensive seagoing experience as Master on LNG carriers.

• Strong knowledge of ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and industry best practices.

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
