IT Major Incident Manager - Central London -
3 Month Contract - £405 Per Day Umbrella - Hybrid Work

ARM are working with TFL who are currently recruiting for An IT Major Incident Manager in Central London on an initial 3 Month Contract.

About You:
You will have previous experience working in a IT MIM role, managing complex IT incidents with high commercial and operational risks.
You will have experience in engaging with Stakeholders, managing their expectations.
You will be open to working flexible shift patterns.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with managing all IT Major incidents, being a point of contact for all escalated incidents, managing them to resolution that lines up with business standards. You will also look to employ a range of communication methods to help keep users informed of any major incidents processes e.g Email and SMS.

This position is based in the centre of London and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car. This position also offers Hybrid working.

The rate you will be working at, ranges £405 per day Umbrella, over a 3 Month contractual period and there is a chance to extend.
